Non-Peak Season: If the arrival date in your itinerary is 35 days or less, we require full payment at the time of booking. If your arrival date is more than 35 days, you can select your preferred payment plan via your travel consultant and proceed with the payment amount stated there.
Peak Season: If any part of your trip that you book with us is during Peak Season, then final payment is due at least 65 days prior to your arrival date.
Payment Method: Payments to us may be made through cash, wire transfers or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express only). We do not accept personal or cashier’s checks.
We work hard to make our customers happy. If you are not pleased with our services for any reason, you agree not to file a chargeback with your credit card or debit card company before you have given us an opportunity to address the matter.
By using our Services, you agree to work with us in good faith to resolve your dispute and that chargebacks are not the appropriate way to avoid our cancellation and refund policies.
