We offer “Peace of Mind” (or POM) Coverage for most of our packages for a fee. You are not required to purchase POM Coverage. If your itinerary has POM Coverage, you are entitled to cancel your itinerary for any reason, or no reason at all, for a refund equal to 100% of the monies paid on your itinerary. The POM Coverage is subject to the following conditions:
- International flights and bookings for services that you make on your own, outside of the itinerary that we prepare for you, are NOT included in your POM Coverage.
- If your itinerary DOES NOT include dates between December 15 and January 5 of the following year, you must notify your Travel Consultant at least 14 days prior to your arrival date.
- If your itinerary includes dates between December 15 and January 5 of the following year, you must notify your Travel Consultant at least 35 days prior to your arrival date.
- Refunds will be credited to the same credit card that you used to make your purchase, or in the case of payments by wire transfer, we will wire the funds to the same account from which the payment came.
